A Little Grey

Couldn't resist taking this picture of the sunlight breaking through the clouds behind the barn next door. The rain clouds were rolling in this morning leaving us with more grey.
The hedgerow of osage orange trees looks a little menacing in the morning light.

Polyclay Faux Taxidermy

I have been working on making some polymer clay animals for faux taxidermy this past week, and a few blanks for buttons.
The fox, hedgehog, and badger are small but hefty. I needed to make a something sturdy to mount them on.
The critters - they seem to be in need of a little color.

FIRST in Cincinnati

This past weekend my family and I attended the FIRST Robotics Competition in Cincinnati Ohio. It is amazing to see these robots in action. The event was held at Xavier University. Congratulations to the members of team 4683 and the coach and mentors.
